FAQ

Great question! The best part about working with us is that we are Realtors as well as investors. For some sellers, a quick cash offer is the best solution. For other sellers, we work together to prepare your home for a “max value” sale, and once it’s ready we do list on the MLS. We then leverage our many years of experience to get you a great result on the market!

When we purchase properties outright, we pay market value based on condition. Some sellers prefer this approach (either they need the cash fast, or have other reasons for needing a quick sale). For those where we partner with our sellers, we will get you the very best result on the open market.

Our process is very clear. As realtors, we have access to all of the market data that we need to develop a comparative market analysis for your property. We can see exactly what other homes similar to yours in size, location and condition sold for, and we also use our extensive local market knowledge to determine value. We come up with a value that works for both our sellers and for us.

If we purchase your home, there are NO fees or commissions! If the best choice for you is to list your home on the market, we do charge a fee, which is negotiable and agreed upon by you prior to signing any paperwork to list your home

Our difference is simple… we have a system that allows homeowners to AT NO COST TO THEM, maximize the value of their property prior to a retail sale. We use years of experience to determine how to best position a property for a great result. Additionally, we are very unique in that we offer our clients a wide range of options from which to choose… From the “quick cash” purchase, to our “Max Value” sale, and of course we also handle traditional real estate listings as well. We have a great option for every seller out there.

There is absolutely no obligation or cost to submit your information and discuss your options with us. All information is treated confidentially and used only for purposes of working with you to determine the best approach for your specific situation.
